At Synovate Marketing, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues such as duplicate charges, failure to meet your design needs, or inability to complete your order as promised, you will be refunded based on the terms below.

Refund Process

Here's how our refund process works:

  • Within 48 Hours: If you request a refund within 48 hours, you'll receive a 66% refund (after deducting a 10% service & processing fee).

  • Between 48-120 Hours: For refund requests between 48 to 120 hours, you'll get a 33% refund (after deducting a 10% service & processing fee).

  • After 120 Hours: Unfortunately, we can't process refunds after 120 hours from your initial design delivery. However, we value your satisfaction, so feel free to reach out with any concerns.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

If you fail to provide project details within 7 days, the amount paid becomes non-refundable.

How to Request Your Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Contact us and explain your concern.

  • We'll try to resolve it through our revision policy. If not, we'll send you an email approval for the refund.

After the Refund:

1) All design rights will be transferred to Synovate Marketing.

2) You won't have the right to use any version of the design provided by us.

Additional Details:

  • We collaborate with Government Copyright Agencies to restrict future use of refunded designs.

  • You agree not to use any content or media from the refunded design.
